Crypto Coffee Competition Terms and Conditions

1.⁠ ⁠Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to the Crypto Coffee “Win 1 ETH” competition. By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2.⁠ ⁠Eligibility

The competition is open only to South African residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Staff of Crypto Coffee are not eligible to participate or win.

3.⁠ ⁠Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must:
Share a picture of themselves with their Crypto Coffee.
Tag the official Crypto Coffee social media account(s) in their post.
Entries close on 31 December 2024 at 11:59 PM SAST. Any entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

4.⁠ ⁠Prizes

The prize for the competition is 1 ETH (Ethereum).
The winner will be chosen randomly from all valid entries.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

5.⁠ ⁠Minimum Entry Requirement

A minimum of 50 valid entries must be received for the competition to be valid. If fewer than 50 entries are received, the competition will be declared void, and no prize will be awarded.

6.⁠ ⁠Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition has closed.
The winner will be notified via the social media platform used for entry within 14 days of the competition closing date.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

7.⁠ ⁠General

Crypto Coffee reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their submitted photo for promotional purposes by Crypto Coffee.
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection laws.

8.⁠ ⁠Liability

Crypto Coffee accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, delays, or any other reason.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Crypto Coffee and its employees from any liability related to the competition or prize.

9.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
